III CALL FOR THE SUBMISSION OF SHARE DOCUMENTS
Zarząd spółki na podstawie art. 16 ustawy z dnia 30 sierpnia 2019 roku o zmianie ustawy – Kodeks spółek handlowych oraz niektórych innych ustaw (Dz.U. z 2019 r. poz. 1798) wzywa po raz trzeci akcjonariuszy spółki do złożenia posiadanych dokumentów akcji w siedzibie spółki tj. plac Europejski 1, 00-844 Warszawa, Polska, w celu ich dematerializacji.
The Management Board hereby calls for the third time, on the basis of Article 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Act – Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), the company’s shareholders to submit their share documents to the company’s registered office, i.e. Plac Europejski 1, 00-844 Warsaw, Poland, in order to dematerialize them.
